Birth day!

So, my apologies that I never posted anything on this blog for nearly 2 months. We have been busy at home :) Ella Frost McKenny was born on January 16, 2010 at 12:03am. She weighed 6 lbs 8 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long. It was a long labor, over 40 hours from when my water broke. We tried our best to deliver her naturally, but after all that time she wasn't handling the pushing well and there got to be a high risk of infection, so I had to have a c-section. Everyone at Swedish was so wonderful and we were treated very well by all the staff and nurses. We have been doing pretty well settling in at home and enjoying our new family!
