We took Ella in again for a weight check last Friday, and she was just about 9 lbs. The nurse we met with was very happy with that and said to just keep doing what we're doing with her. She is still a little peanut, but looking back she has gained over 3 lbs in less than 3 months. Our Ella is a very smiley baby and is starting to chatter a LOT when we talk to her. She likes being sung to and really enjoys watching (and talking to) her mobile. Needless to say, we are having lots of fun with her!
Grandma Crist was here last weekend as well. She got in lots of Ella time, playing peek-a-boo, happily changing diapers, and helped mom give her another bath :)
